What kind of shirts do you use?
We use Next Level t-shirts. These shirts are pre-shrunk, 100% combed cotton jersey. These are very comfortable soft style t-shirts. These are fitted and can run small. You may want to size up for a better fit.
Will you notify me when you release a new design, or restock on a design?
We will definitely keep you in touch when it comes to news updates with our blog. We will post when we restock a design, and/or release a new design. Check out our blog!
How secure is this store?
Our store uses PayPal for all payments, PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available)
How much does shipping cost?
Depends on your location and size of the order. The easiest way to find out your shipping cost is to add the t-shirt you desire to buy to the cart, SELECT YOUR LOCATION, and press the update button.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase a t-shirt?
No, you don’t need to create a PayPal account to purchase a t-shirt. You can pay as a Guest, or if you already have an account, you are more than welcome to use it.
What is your return policy?
Since customer satisfaction is our #1 goal, we will honor any return or refund within 30 days. At the sole discretion of Teef Apparel after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items MUST be in “New, unaltered, and unused condition”. Any item can be returned if it doesn’t fit you, or if you simply want something different. Again, customer satisfaction is what we are all about!
In the event of a return:
• Buyer must contact customer service within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (no return allowed after 30 days without contacting us)
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
• Items must not show signs of wear or damage in any way If an item is received incorrectly shipped, or damaged, please contact us immediately! Although, that may never happen, if there is an error on our behalf, it will be corrected. We stand behind our word.
