Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! With that said, we will honor any return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items MUST be in “New, unaltered, and unused condition”. Any item can be returned if it doesn’t fit you, or if you simply want something different. Again, customer satisfaction is what we are all about!
In the event of a return
• Buyer must contact customer service within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (no return allowed after 30 days without contacting us)
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
• Items must not show signs of wear or damage in any way If an item is received incorrectly shipped, or damaged, please contact us immediately! Although, that may never happen, if there is an error on our behalf, it will be corrected. We stand behind our word.
